Our client purchased a used Audi from Star Mazda in Glendale, CA. The vehicle was covered by Star Mazda’s 90 day/3,000 mile warranty. Our client claimed that the vehicle was sold to her with missing frame/unibody parts, and was partially secured with cord and zip-ties. She also claimed that the radiator was damaged. Our client asked Star Mazda to repurchase this defective and unsafe vehicle, but it refused to do so. Our client hired Glassey Smith to represent her and the dealership bought back her vehicle.
