Our client purchased a used Nissan Armada from California Motors Direct in Stanton, CA. We have alleged that California Motors Direct charged him more than the advertised price for the car, did not disclose the pay off of his trade-in vehicle properly and misrepresented that the Armada was a Platinum model when it was really only an SV4 model. We believe that California Motors Direct is misrepresenting the characteristics of vehicles in its advertisements. We have found other ads on California Motors Directs website that misrepresent the model of vehicles. If you have a legal issue with California Motors Direct, please call us for assistance.
