Our law firm was contacted by a consumer who purchased a vehicle from First Nissan in Simi Valley, CA. Our client claimed that the dealership sold her a Grand Touring vehicle, when it was actually an Enthusiast model. The advertisements and window sticker on the vehicle stated that the vehicle was a Grand Touring model. Our client later discovered the vehicle is an Enthusiast model, a lower-level model, which should have been less expensive. Glassey Smith has represented numerous consumers, in the same situation. If you were sold a vehicle that was not as advertised, please contact our firm to discuss the matter. We may be able to help you.
