Our client purchased a used 2010 Audi A4 from Riverside Premier Motors in Riverside, CA. The car was covered by the dealership’s warranty. When the car’s engine failed, he took it to the dealership for repair under the warranty. The dealership claimed to have sent it to an Audi dealership, but it did not. The dealership then refused to cover the cost of the repair, over $10,000. Our client could not afford the repair and should not have to pay for it as the problem occurred during the warranty period. Riverside Premier Motors refused to honor the terms of its warranty and fix the car. Our client had to park the car and use public transportation for the past year while we litigated this case against Riverside Premier Motors. Please call us if you have a similar issue. We will do our best to help you.
