A young member of our military purchased an SUV from Good Guys Auto Sales in San Diego, CA. Our client claims he never took delivery of the vehicle, but Good Guys Auto Sales allegedly told him it had the right to enforce the auto purchase contract. If you do not take delivery of a vehicle, the purchase has not been consummated and your vehicle purchase contract may not be enforceable. Dealerships, of course, will not tell you this. They will make you think the purchase contract is enforceable. Please call us if you have questions about a dealership trying to enforce a contract for a vehicle you never took delivery of. We can provide you with the legal representation you need.
