Navy Federal Credit Union

Our client purchased a vehicle from European Motors Car Company in 2013. He obtained  a loan to purchase the vehicle through Navy Federal Credit Union. As of July 2015, the vehicle was still not registered to him and the dealership had not provided the title to the lender, Navy Federal Credit Union. The buyer has had to make payments, for more than two years, on a vehicle he will never own. Navy Federal Credit Union, claims it can enforce the vehicle sale contract against him despite the language in its contract, stating it is liable for the selling dealership’s illegal conduct. Navy Federal even raised his auto loan interest rate due to the dealership’s failure to provide it with title to the vehicle. If you bought a car that you have not been able to register, and have a loan with Navy Federal, please call us for assistance. We can help get you out of the loan and get your money back.
